Roundhay House

2026

A complete refurbishment and reworking of a family home in Roundhay. Reconfigured circulation and external landscaping create a social family space at the heart of the home with existing rooms repurposed elsewhere to meet the family’s requirements.

The existing house was a generous family home, but its ground floor was divided into a series of small, dark rooms with little connection to the garden. We reworked the layout to create a sequence of bright, open and flexible spaces that flow naturally through the house and connect more directly with the garden. The result is a home that better supports family life, from everyday routines to entertaining and spending time together.
